- Currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Law of the Kraków Academy (I commenced my PhD research in April 2019 - in competition law) and at the Faculty of Finance at the University of Economics in Kraków (I began my PhD research in tax law - tax optimization and security) – my research work deals with institutional law and provides analysis and research on the implementation of effective compliance systems to Polish firms;

Management Trainer at the Thames Valley University in London with confirmed competences in 6 areas of certification, my portfolio has been awarded by assessors – I am a trainer, consultant, coach and valued lecturer at Bizleader Training Center and many nationwide training companies and state organizations, among others in the Association of Accountants in Poland, the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors, the National Chamber of Tax Advisors, BDO, INFOR Group, the National Treasury School of the Ministry of Finance. I conduct about 80 training courses a year;
- 24 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxes and auditing – I fulfill management and managerial functions, and also specialist positions, in particular financial director, chief accountant, auditor, development director. I was associated for many years with the carmaker DAEWOO-FSO - as the youngest President of the Board of Management of ZWW Daewoo-FSO, in which I implemented new solutions, carried out investments, and managed the subsidiary of DAEWOO. At the end of my tenure, I was awarded a diploma of merit;

- Successfully carried out the restructuring of many companies, in the scope of increasing management efficiency. I participate in working groups on the implementation of new tax regulations at the National Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance (KAS MF). Currently, I am responsible for implementing horizontal monitoring (MH) in Poland – in KAS MF, tax-compliance. I have developed tools for the Ministry of Finance’s ‘Tax-compliance programme’, and train tax employees;
- Specialist, auditor of compliance programmes – I comprehensively develop and implement compliance systems, CSR, tax compliance, internal control, whistleblowing policy, and anti-corruption programmes in companies (fraud and anti-corruption systems, anti-trust, competition law), ISO;
- Author of publications and interviews in the fields of law, finance, taxes, management, sales, compliance, CSR as well as broadly understood human resources and social psychology. My research work has won prizes in legal competitions: in the field of institutional analysis in the field of transfer pricing – I was awarded 7th place (2017) and a distinction by the Lazarski University, in the subject of general clauses and investments - 4th distinction (2018).
